Cancelation/Return Online Self-service Guide

Fill in your order info., and "view the online self-service guide". Click “Track this Order”, then you’ll be directed to CHECK the 90 Days Return Policy.


Select the "Reason" and CHECK the 90 Days Return Policy, then click "Cancel/Return This Order" you will be directed to preview and confirm your request.


Preview and confirm you want to cancel/return the order or not by clicking YES or NO. If NO, your order will continue to production and shipment as it is. If YES, your order will be suspended for cancelation or return, and you'll be directed to fill in a request form.


Fill in the request form with your detailed request, then "Submit". Our Support Team will reply to you within 24 hours.

Please note:
  • Shipping Address and Shipping Method can be modified before the “packaging” process, with no restocking fee
  • Made-to-order personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned because the buyer changes their mind.
  • Cancellation before Packaging/Shipped: It's possible to cancel the order without charging a restocking fee before the production process starts, but a 30% restocking fee has to be charged on the personalized product that has already been in production.
  • Return after Shipped/Received Orders: Orders that have already been “Packaged”, “Ready to Dispatch” or those have been “shipped” cannot be canceled, as the orders may have been collected by the carrier.
  • If you received damaged products upon arrival, please provide us with pictures of the damage or problem details, both for the item(s) you received and it's label for us to locate the problem details and check it.
  • Return exceed 90 days of the purchase or order delivery date will not be credited.
